#SANTA CRUZ BEACH BOARD WALK PLUS#
The Boardwalk features more than 40 rides and attractions including two National Historic Landmarks: the world-famous 1924 Giant Dipper wooden roller coaster and the beautiful 1911 Looff Carousel, plus many scream-inducing thrill rides, gentle kiddie rides, casual restaurants, gift shops, games, indoor arcades, and miniature golf. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is a classic seaside amusement park located along a beautiful sandy beach in a friendly beach town.

It’s only a couple of hours away from our home and has so much to do for the whole family.

We spent the day at Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, which is one of my childhood favorites.
#SANTA CRUZ BEACH BOARD WALK FULL#
The weather was absolutely perfect, the sun was shining, and it was a day full of love, laughter, and endless snacks. I even offered to pack everything to ensure we had the best, most stress-free day we possibly could. I am all about gifts of experience and time, and this Mother’s Day, my only request was a beach day with my family. This post may contain affiliate links which don’t cost you anything extra to purchase from, but help keep things running at The Naptime Reviewer. I lived in Santa Cruz for 10 years some time ago, and I know the property has been there a very long time-they think the have a reputation as 'top-shelf' resort in the area, but I would definitely disagree. This post is sponsored by FAGE however, all thoughts and opinions are my own. Terrible service, food was bland, and when they brought our bill she handed us TWO tickets-she had rung up someone else's dinners on my credit card in addition to ours! Wouldn't you notice when you handed someone two credit card bills at one table? The staff did not seem very concerned about this at all (maybe they make mistakes like that frequently?). We also had a terrible experience in their supposedly ”nice” restaurant. Luckily town was only a 10 minute drive away. They offered to rent me a microwave for $15/day!! Seems very unreasonable, especially because the restaurant on-site was only open for dinner. Mini fridge was provided, but no microwave-very inconvenient not to be able to even heat up a cup of coffee. For the price we were very disappointed in the room. However, the room was very small-no place to sit except the bed-and smelled like very old funky carpet. My husband and I like our longs walks so that part was nice, although the trails are not well marked. This resort/conference grounds is in a great location, and has extensive walking paths through the woods (make sure you know what poison oak looks like!).
